Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost to get in?
It's free! Admission to the fairgrounds, any & all shows or exhibits, as well as parking in any area owned by the Warren County A&L Fair, is absolutely 100% free of charge.

How much does it cost to ride the rides?
Carnival ride pricing is set on a daily basis by the carnival provider, with several specials typically being offered throughout the week. Prior to the week of the Fair, ride specials will be announced by Kissel Entertainment and the Warren County A&L Fair Board, so check back with us!

Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately, in the interest of public safety, pets are not allowed on the fairgrounds. The only animals allowed on the Warren County A&L Fairgrounds are clearly identifiable bona fide service animals, exhibition animals, and animals serving in a law enforcement capacity (e.g., police dogs).

Can I ride my bicycle?
Due to the extreme volume of people that attend the Warren County A&L Fair, bicycles, roller blades, skates, skate boards, or anything of the sort are prohibited. Foot traffic only is permitted on the fairgrounds.

What about a golf cart?
For safety reasons, no motorized traffic is allowed on the Fairgrounds. This includes golf carts, UTVs, ATVs, dirt bikes, scooters, mopeds, etc. Personal motorized wheelchairs for disabled persons are, however, allowed. Only motorized traffic from vehicles operated (or escorted) by Fair staff members or authorized emergency vehicles shall be permitted to move about the grounds.

Is there handicap parking located inside the center ring?
Unfortunately, there is not. Due to the extreme volumes of pedestrian traffic experienced by the Warren County A&L Fair, it is simply not safe to allow vehicles to move in and out of the ring or unescorted about the grounds. Reserved parking for persons with disabilities is clearly marked and located in close proximity throughout the grounds. Visit our Parking Information page to learn more. If you require special assistance, notify a Fair staff member or contact (931) 668-3013 and every reasonable effort will be made to assist you.

How do I apply for a job at the Fair?
The Fair Board, as well as all staff members of the Warren County A&L Fair, are 100% volunteer and receive no pay. As such, the Fair does no hiring. Occasionally, the carnival provider may utilize local labor at their discretion for various purposes. Contact the carnival office, located on the Midway, for more information.

Where can I get a Fair Book?
In the weeks preceding the Fair, Fair Books will be distributed to locations through McMinnville and Warren County for free pickup. Fair books are commonly available at most banks throughout Warren County, as well as agriculturally-focused establishment like the Farmer's Co-Op. Locations will be announced via the internet and social media. And electronic version will also be available for download here.

Where is the Lost & Found located?
Items found on the fairgrounds and turned in to staff members will be taken to the Fair Office for safe keeping.
