Free Public Parking

Parking areas are located throughout the grounds on a first come-first served basis. Individuals utilize these parking areas at their own risk. The Warren County A&L Fair is not responsible for vehicles, vehicle damage, theft of contents, or anything of the sort.

Handicap Parking

Handicap & disability parking is located within close proximity at locations along the inner perimeter of the parking areas (See Parking Map). There is no parking allowed inside the grounds, and no handicap parking is available inside the center ring of the Grandstands. Dropoffs may be made at the front gate at the discretion of the front gate attendant.

Staff/Vendor Parking

The area located across from the main entrance gate of the Fairgrounds is designated for staff & authorized vendor parking only. Individuals MUST show the attendant a proper parking pass to parking in this lot, and display that pass on the dashboard of the vehicle. It is the responsibility of the vendor or staff member to retrieve their pass from the fair board prior to the start of the Fair. Individuals wishing to parking here will not be allowed to park here without having a pass in their possession and displayed in the vehicle. No exceptions!

Vendors are allowed to make deliveries to their booths throughout daytime hours at the discretion of the fair board; this means that individuals may make drop-off deliveries and then immediately exit the grounds. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that their booth is properly stocked and ready for operation. There will be absolutely no motorized traffic inside the grounds after 5:00 pm or during periods of heavy pedestrian traffic. During periods that vehicles are permitted to move about the grounds, a speed limit of a walking pace WILL be enforced at all times. The Fair Board retains the right to deny vehicle entry at any time, require a vehicle escort, or to eject a vehicle from the grounds. This is a safety issue, and we thank all vendors for their cooperation in this matter.
